Reina Prowler

The base outfit was from EZCosplay and I modified mostly everything. Added the metallic purple fabric and better elastic to the sleeves and leg warmers, put craft foam and lights on the speaker belt to make it look more like actual speakers, added some horse hair braid to the skirt connected to the shorts. Altered the belt part to stay better on my hips. My shoes were bought from a thrift store and were originally brown - I plastidipped and then added craft foam details. The headphones were bought off Amazon and I modified them with craft foam and paint!
