I was really lucky with this find; Someone was selling it on ebay, and said it was by LucioleS Cosplay (yes the master level French cosplayer!). I had wanted to branch out into more Rikku outfits and the fact that this was in my exact size boggled my mind. I had to fix the microphone, and fit new shoes into the boot covers. I love this outfit so dang much.
