Party Reina

Originally made for Katsucon 2017 but we didn't get photos. This is worn by Reina Tanaka Mason during the "Happy birthday Freyja" episode and some other events throughout the series. I basically took a bunch of thrift store items and modified them. The red at the top of the top is just bias tape that I sewed in and am able to tie it in the back. The pink stretch fabric was from a fitness top that I just patterned out and sewed to the black. The skirt is two skirts stuck together. The top one was modified for accuracy. Found the bracelet at a thrift store and painted it!
