I already cosplayed Uzuki from the first TWEWY game, now it's time for her NEO outfit! Love that it's normal clothes so it's infinitely more comfortable! :3 Wings by me, everything else just thrifted/bought! I poked holes through the blazer for the wings to stick through. I wore this comfortably for a few NEO: TWEWY streams on my twitch channel as well.
