I dressed as Billy the Puppet for a Halloween costume at work in the past, but it was so bad and embarrassing lmao. For this iteration I instead wore a skirt, better wig, and wanted to use doll stockings to opt for a more femme look. I liked it a lot better and will continue doing this look from now on.
